Good to know if I'm on the road or somewhere and a grocery store run for BBQ sauce is needed. My emergency BBQ rib sauce is 5 parts KC Masterpiece and 1 part Honey. -
While one trip into Ohio I ate at the Montgomery Inn. The sauce was so good I bought a bottle. I need to get my hands on some again. Interested to hear the reviews on #1.Comment

From what I unnerstand their sauce is based on Coca-cola syrup.

Alan Brice I don't remember being an all you can eat thing I just remember ordering a dinner. Way too many years ago. I would be better at comparing the quality of the ribs now vs then. I just remember that sauce. Who knows if I'll even like it when I try it again,tastes have surely changed over the years. -
Capt, the all you can eat comes around on occasion. I was remarking on how much the $$ have gone up. Extremely popular place. More than one location. Two I am familiar with is Dntn on the Ohio n one up by me in Montgy. Fun place to take the family. Just not economical.

A quick follow-up. I did obtain a bottle of the Trader Joes BBQ Sauce. I used it this evening on a McRib sandwich, sorry Meathead. I must say it is really good. Sweet a hint of heat and smoke. Guess what im using tomorrow on the Burnt Ends?Comment
