A coworker who is from North Carolina brought several bottles of sauce back for me after a recent trip to NC. One of which is this.
I tried it on ribs, so-so and on chicken thighs which turned out very good. Not much online for recipes or ideas for this sauce so I'm asking the very knowledgeable crew in the pit for ideas and suggestions when using the sauce.

I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.
My outdoor kitchen has a Lone Star Grillz Adjustable and it is wonderful. There also is a Pit Boss 5 Burner Ultimate Griddle and a Pit Boss Copperhead pellet grill.
There is an outdoor fire pit that has grilling capability and limited Santa Maria-style grill raising and lowering.
FireBoard 2 Pro
Anova Precision Cooker
Mmmmm. After seeing those ingredients and thinking a bit, I'd love to braise a pork shank in that!
