Want to make way more BBQ sauce using a single pot. Need help to scale up existing recipe. Currently making the recipe in 2 or 3 pots at a time to get a big enough batch.
I Understand you can't just triple or quadruple a recipe and expect the same results.
If I'm not mistaken there is a formula or something to that effect to do this. Somehow I believe MBMorgan has something to do with it.
Paste in a recipe and instantly scale it from one number of servings to another, or from one pan size and shape to another, using this recipe conversion calculator.
Doesn't look real easy on a quick look, guess you have to spend some time to understand. I have never used this so I am clueless. Knowing me I'd just make it and tweak to taste.

> Grilla Grills Original Grilla (OG) pellet smoker with Alpha/Connect
> Grilla Grills Pellet Pizza Oven
> Pit Barrel Cooker (gone to a new home)
> WeberQ 2000 (on "loan" to a relative (I'll never see it again))
> Old Smokey Electric (for chickens mostly - when it's too nasty out
to fiddle with a more capable cooker)
> Luhr Jensen Little Chief Electric - Top Loader circa 1990 (smoked fish & jerky)

> 3 Thermoworks Chef Alarms
> Thermoworks Thermapen One
> Thermoworks Thermapen Classic

If you'll get the recipe to me,I'll be happy to have a go at it for you. I'll of course provide you with whatever/however I did it (assuming it is done correctly ) so that you can take over scaling your recipes anytime you'd like.
