    WB Sauce

I was in Miami a couple weeks ago and I met this couple from Jackson TN. Turns out they make some BBQ Sauce, so I thought I'd give it a try. Got it today. I'll report back. Of course even though I have a cabinet full of sauce, including some of Huskee excellent shawsh in the fridge, I couldn’t just buy 2 bottle. https://www.wbsauces.com/

They look like they may be good, maybe on the thinner side like I like. Let us know how you rank them by your favorites.

All good that you bought the full range, you wouldn't want to be wondering what the others tasted like if you enjoyed the one you got
I have adopted a new method when it comes to sauces. Finish what is open before opening any other with a max of 3 sauces open at any time.
I always have a slightly modified version of huskee's shawsh on hand.

I try to keep it at three or four bottles of sauce in the fridge at a time: one spicy, one mild (Meathead’s), one vinegar based, and when I’ve made some, one Franklin’s espresso sauce. I figure that as long as we have three or four different flavors of jam taking up space in there, I’m okay.

My first usage was the Jerk BBQ sauce. I also made my usual jerk chicken for comparison. I marinated the thighs overnight, one in the bbq sauce, one in the Walkerswood jerk sauce. Unfortunately it rained on and off all day so I used the oven. The bbq sauce is pretty good, sweet with some heat and some jerk flavor. I also used some Oakridge Jamican Jah Love seasoning on both. My usual jerk with Walkerswood jerk sauce was great, and very spicy. I rate the bbq sauce as a solid buy. Eaten with some red beans and rice.
