I mentioned that I used this recently for the 1st time. Tonight my wife did some breaded chicken cutlets. I took one and heated it in the toaster oven with left over taters. I smeared the chicken with the sauce. Then had a side for dipping. Man it's good. Nice heat and taste. Does anyone else use this? I'm sure it is me but I've never noticed this B4. If you like hot this will not disappoint you.

Yes I’m a fan of Stubbs sauces. The spicy one is great. Just the right amount of spice in my opinion. Great on beef ribs.

Another fan of Stubbs. Been using it off and on for years. Some of the best store bought there is. I love the Spicy too but, Pro Tip…try the Sweet Heat next time, you’ll thank me.Last edited by Panhead John; June 7, 2022, 06:13 PM.

Which of the marinades do you like best? I haven’t tried any.
-
There was a Black Pepper marinade we tried a few weeks ago.
Really peppery if your into peppery, haven't found it again around here.
Plus in the sign of the times Stubbs prices have almost doubled in the past three four months. When we find it on sale again will stock up.

Panhead John My favorite is his Moppin' Sauce which I use with small cuts like hanger steaks. It is spicey and vinegary.

Years ago, I was at my parents house in Brownfield, Tx, which is just south of Lubbock. My dad was cooking chicken on the grill and he was using Stubbs sauce. He told me that he knew Stubbs back when he had his bbq joint in Lubbock. My dad was a butcher during the time Stubbs opened his place, and I'm sure that's how they came to meet. Dad said he was very friendly and struck him as a genuinely good man. My dad was glad to see his sauces come out, and he always had a jar on hand. I do the same.
