Need Help: Best Sweet with Heat Sauce for Pork Spare Ribs
So I’m gonna smoke three racks of spare ribs soon. One rack will just be S&P while two racks will have rubs and sauce.
One rack will be sweet- Cimarron Doc’s rub with Blues Hog sauce.
One rack will be sweet with some heat. I’m thinking HolyVooDoo as the rub because I’ve heard good things about it but I need help with a sauce that has the sweet but also with a kick to it.
If anyone has any recommendations... please share.

I love this new sauce I bought after watching the pitch of the teenage founder on Shark Tank (she got a deal from Kendra Scott). Sienna Sauce. You only get it from her website, Siennasauceco.com. The Tangy is sweet with a good kick to it. I haven't tried the one labeled "Spicy", but given the kick on the Tangy, I'll bet it up there.
Anyway, no high fructose corn syrup, gluten free (which I could care less about), and such. The main thing: It is one of the best zesty style sauces I've ever had on ribs and chicken.
I make a mixture of approximately 50% sweet baby rays and 50% original open pit, a touch of vinegar to thin it out and a pinch of red pepper flake for heat. Simmer on the stove for a while to get those pepper flakes working, then let it cool. This sauce is easy to adjust sweet/heat to your personal taste
