I have my plan in place, with with only a few hiccups, all went well.

Please let me know if you find any bugs or other anomalies.

Well done Ray, my only comment is that I am seeing random Winding style text in lots of forum posts.

Also, I had to do a cache purge on our CDN + CloudFlare. So pages may load slow for a few hours.

Found and fixed two bugs. Character encoding was incorrect in the database and attachments (images) were not showing (bad permissions).

Forgot to update the PHP settings to allow larger file uploads. The max upload directive has to be larger than the forum settings. That should be working now.

I don't know that it's a bug exactly, but you can't upload any pic larger than 2MB.

Could be my imagination, but the site seems faster now, too. Maybe Panhead John can tell us how many seconds the Message Center took to load so he could find this tag.

Somethings do seem a little faster. But my message center still takes 4-6 seconds to show once I’ve clicked on messages from a different page.
