Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

ThermoWorks Gravitas Kitchen Scale,by Bill McGrath
The well-built ThermoWorks Gravitas Kitchen Scale has a detachable display, making it easier to read when a large bowl sits on the scale. For you physics geeks, the scale is calibrated for gravity at 9.8010 m/s^2. Your value may differ, but the effect will be negligible. The scale measures up to 11 lbs or 5 kg, and refreshes every half second. The tare button will zero the display so you won’t have to do any mental arithmetic when adding ingredients.
