Meat is the single best food for you. It is the most nutrient dense, ounce for ounce best food you can eat. Either chicken, beef, lamb, fish, eggs, turkey etc.
I am currently hitting about 300 G a day. Not all from meat, but all from animal based products. Since I started eating pretty much Keto/Carnivore I have never felt better. Inflammation down, blood work looks great (Lifting work outs help with that) I just eat when I am hungry, I do not really follow a set schedule of morning, noon and evening eating. I just make sure I get it all in. Whey and collagen make it easier to hit the protein goal too.
Whey/Collagen helps. I get probably 75 G or so from a shake that I make. Two scoops of unflavored whey two scoops of unflavored collagen into plain water and then I slam it. I eat probably 3-4 hard boiled eggs pre day.
I do not meal prep all the time......but I try too. Usually I get about 3 or 4 rotisserie chickens from Costco per week. Then I will add in pork loin, steak, eggs and other meats thoughout the week. I try to make it easy and not a big production. barelfly
