Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

Masterbuilt 10L XL Electric Fryer, Boiler, Steamer,by Max Good
If you’re hunting for an indoor electric turkey fryer, Masterbuilt deserves a look. Owners like the ease of use, ease of clean up, and juicy turkeys it produces.
Drain it with the nozzle when grease is cold into gallon jugs. Remove the interior liner and element. Scrape any thick crud out of the liner and the dishwash on hottest strongest setting (usually pots and pans). Wipe down element and reassemble. Jerod Broussard
Jerod Broussard I agree with texastweeter it’s easier than falling off a log. When I drain mine I run it through a funnel with a screen and disposable filter back into the jug it came in. It’s ready when you want to fry again. It does what I need it to do without all the fire danger of the open flame ones. We did a great turkey in it last year. Right now it does large batches of fries when we have a burger cook. It would be great at a fish fry.
