Pit Boss Ultimate 3-Burner Ceramic Griddle, by Meathead
Most griddles need to be pampered like a cast iron skillet, but the Pit Boss Ultimate Griddle's ceramic cook surface let's you scrape & eat while the food is hot!
Personally I have never seen a non stick surface that is non stick. Maybe this can prove me wrong?
You can't use metal tools on the surface, personally I don't like using plastic or wood.
I like that it's detachable from the stand, is it available without the stand?
Looks easier to clean.
Maybe somebody here has been using one for a while can comment.
I know Pit Boss makes tabletop griddles, but it doesn't appear that the Ultimate line comes w/o a cart, at least yet. About the nonstick: In my experience the Traeger Flatrock & Weber Slate surfaces are quite non-stick. Slate's comes nonstick from the factory, and Flatrock's, like many similar carbon steel cooktops, needs seasoned but is then nonstick. Eggs, you name it. And you can use metal on those!

fav is brisky. Love Turkey on PBC. also Turkey in the glass,(any nice bourbon)
Bud has always been my barley pop.
Been smoking a handful of years, just got serious in the last two or three years. Thanks to AR n @glemn picked up an SnS Kamado for appx 1/3 price of new. I dont think he used it twice. Love AR! keep calm n smoke on! Miss you Bonesy.
I bought the 4 burner, 36" Ceramic cooktop by Victory, thru BBQ Guys. $330.00 IIRC, only because I bought a SS LP grill w/Roti standard size for $599.00, with the same name. Who doesn't like a Victory?
I use some metal tools but not aggressively.
Preseasoned w/Avocado spray and usually start most cooks with lb of bacon. Basically nonstick, very easy clean-up. Did not come with a hard cover. I use a silicone mat and cover made for lawn furniture. Very satisfied.
