Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

The Weber Slate Rust-Resistant Griddle is an upscale version of Weber’s standard griddle line. Available in 30” 3-burner and 36” 4-burner configurations, Slate boasts a pre-seasoned, ready-to-cook-on carbon steel cooktop, an upgraded cart, and so much more. Check out our full review.
Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
I see that the 30in Slate has an NG version. Might have to bite the bullet one day. One of those ask for forgiveness instead of permission situations. Sweet review by the way.
Thanks for a great review Aaron. I saw this the other day online and wondered how good it really was. Your trusted answer seems to be pretty darn good.

Great review, very thorough! That looks to be the griddle to beat if ya ask me. Lots of nice and useful features and well built. Like the fact it’s a carbon steel cook top.
Huskee I didn't realize how much teenage boys could eat until my son turned 15. He went from being the one who ate the least to all but bankrupting me. He's still thin as a rail, but he's grown so fast in the last year that he has huge horizontal stretch marks on his back. He's gone from 5'7" or so to 6', maybe 6'1" and now he just towers over me. In the last year both he and his younger brother have grown to be taller than me but oddly I still think of them as coming up to my hip.
