This looks fantastic and really makes me wish I actually liked peanut butter. Well done from someone who will never make this one.

one of my go to cooks as a kid was a PB&J burrito... the cooked peanutbutter and warm jelly amps things up. I'd try this. Think of all the Asian dishes with cooked peanuts

There was a restaurant halfway between Richmond and and Petersburg called, (oddly enough ), The Half Way House. It dates to 1760, and many of our forefathers stopped there to eat. They used to serve ribs made with peanut butter as one of the sauce ingredients. They were very good, but no longer on the menu.

The peanut butter actually works really well with the pork. Very similar to Thai satay with peanut sauce, plus a little more sweetness and heat from the raspberry chipotle sauce.

PB&J Ribs look edible. I would not turn it down.

Maybe in a Mc PB&J Rib sandwich.

I like Peanut butter (smooth) not crunchy, but I'll pass on my Ribs.

With all the different ways to prepare and eat ribs, this one is pretty far down the list for me. It’s about 10 years out (assuming I’m going to make ribs every day).

I made these over the weekend. OMG they were delicious. I used "Bonne Maman Four Fruit Preserves" for the jelly and "Killer Hogs - The BBQ Rub" (my go-to rib rub) to season the ribs before smoking. They came out awesome - very rich though. Not something you'd want to eat every day but I'd put that BBQ sauce on wings, chicken tenders, or anything else. Shoot, it would make a shingle taste good.
