There is arguably no hotter (no pun intended) segment of the outdoor cooking industry than griddles. In addition to new high-end equipment from such manufacturers as Weber and Traeger, as well as the continued dominance of the Blackstone brand, the creativity in recipes being shared via social media is truly remarkable. As such, we have teamed up with one of the most visible faces in the griddling arena -- Neal Williams, a.k.a. The Flat Top King -- to share some of his amazing recipes!

Kicking things off is his recipe for what he refers to as "smashed meatball sliders," a unique twist on the uber-popular smash burger! I just got bounced from his Facebook group. That’s the second time, I have no idea why either time. I’m no different there than I am here. I even sent him an email the first time asking why, and he never replied. And I asked a friend (of 25 years) who is also in the group to check my posting history to see if I’d been out of line, and he thought I’d been a good member.

Neal seems like a good guy with a good family, and the presentation and production values of his videos are excellent. But there’s enough information everywhere else that I’m not going to fight for any specific feed, nor am I going to try and guess what rules I didn’t follow. I’m sure he’s fine with that, too.

This is one of the best recipes I have tried in a while. Just excellent and the details within the instructions were perfect.

Note I used ground Turkey instead of ground beef. ( my gal has alpha). Highly recommend this one folks will not disappoint.
