Interested in making restaurant-quality pizzas at home? Ooni's Karu 16 burns charcoal or wood and they offer an optional gas burner which we highly recommend. Although we have a few criticisms, Karu 16 still gets a thumbs up from us!
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

It's a great oven if you like to switch up pizza styles and really want to dial in temperature. 16", NY, neopolitan, Brazilian thin crust, whatever... The gas burner is a must and should be included really. I had a 14 koda as well. It made great neopolitan but it's a little crammed size wise and easier to burn a pie. The door helps with recovery if your cooking multiple pizzas. Also with wind. The koda struggled with the flame being blown back or out completely on a windy day.
