There are few summer cocktails that are more refreshing than the minty and citrusy mojito. Here's an easy and authentic recipe from our own Jim Maivald.
Gotta say mashing your herbs is not a very good technique. A gentle muddle still extracts the oils. It's also best practice to then double strain into your glassware so that one does not spend the evening with a piece of mint stuck to their front tooth.
