    Good write up. I’m of the opinion that the food industry is the most corrupt and devious earth. I’m sure plenty other opinions on that but that’s how I feel.

      Just ordered it. I recall The Omnivore's Dilemma and What To Eat being enlightening when I read them many years ago. I need a refresher.
