Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.

I decided to order one… three showed up… an unknown friend, and a known friend had all decided I needed one. The unknown friend was first, so I sent two back. I am using mine. No babying. It feels like the best way to honor George’s legacy. He’s one of my heroes. Not just for inventing the Weber Kettle, but for the ideas of using backyard grilling bringing people together.
Did you notice the 12 stars on the wheels? One for each of George’s kids.
BTW, that pan concerned me. Turns out it’s a thin pan laid over the normal wire rack. Makes it plenty sturdy. Smart design.
