I just posted about assembling this Santa Maria from Titan exactly 1 week after I purchased on eBay from Titan they dropped the price $600.00 on their web site
I'm editing this post Ash and Ember has taken care of me completely I love my Grill always
did.
I'm looking forward to doing business with them they have lots of outdoor goodies
That I've got to have
Gonna guess they got sued for the Titan name and are discounting the grills to burn out the current inventory that says Titan, or they got bought out. Regardless no company owes you anything discount wise after purchase, but it sure is nice when they do SOMETHING even if it's just a discount coupon for accessories or whatevever.
It happens all the time. Try getting a rebate deal from a car manufacturer after they drop the price the day after you buy one. It would be nice if they did something for you though. If you want to prove a point return it.
I'd love to send it back but that's too much sugar for a dime I like the grill and I already fixed it where it will raise another 3
inches. So I left them a 1 star Google review for their customer service or lack of.
If they would have give me a discount coupon for my next purchase I would have been happy.
They have made me happy I will buy from them again

I think it is $300 of what HE paid, but they can inflate the "original" price to give the illusion it is now $600 cheaper. When I was looking at RecTec years ago, by some miracle ALL their smokers were hugely discounted off the "original" price.
This type of thing seems to happen to me all the time. This spring I bought a new bandsaw. Five days later, the manufacturer, Jet Tools, launches a 15% off sale. It was a $3,000 saw. So a big discount. Jet stepped up and gave it to me. A couple months ago I ordered a new cabinet maker’s workbench. About $4,000. The next day, on sale for $3,300. Again, the manufacturer stepped up and gave the discount. I could go on but the point is I am a customer for life with these companies. Titan or whatever they are calling themselves these days just got taken off my potential vendor list. Nope, nada, never.
Last Wednesday Titan Products reached out to me about the price change on my new Santa Maria grill.
They apologized about the way my request was handled and they were going to refund me the difference
in the price $600.02 I was shocked thrilled thankful and excited.
Today I got an email from E bay and PayPal saying my refund
