Positive Update on Titan Live Fire Santa Maria

Last Wednesday Titan Products reached out to me about the price change on my new Santa Maria grill.
They apologized about the way my request was handled and they were going to refund me the difference
in the price $600.02 I was shocked thrilled thankful and excited.
Today I got an email from E bay and PayPal saying my refund $648.02 is being processed.
I work in retail they are going through a name change to Ash and Ember and are making changes to some policy's of the past and I can appreciate that. When you do something because its the right thing to do not because you have to
it's worth a lot more to me.
I now look forward to doing business with them in the near future and I love the Grill.

Nice. I had a positive view of doing business with them in the past and was disappointed reading the other thread. This is good news. That's a substantial refund. Congrats.

That's an impressive refund amount, but more impressive is them circling back to you without your having to chase them. Could be someone in "management" doing their job well, seeing correspondence from a lower level employee not having authority to do significant customer service.
