I have a book that is titled 1000 Recipe Chinese Cookbook (926 pages). While it’s a good read for ingredients, it’s kind of misleading in that there is a recipe for, say, Steamed Duck with Sherry I and Steamed Duck with Sherry II. But the book is sentimental. Found it at a used bookstore in Sedona after Spring Training in Mesa. BF and I had only been dating a year.

Oh yeah? I just saw it in a second hand store, flipped through it, and thought it looked good. I've enjoyed the parts I read in the ingredients section so far. Panhead John would have had all his Asian sauce questions thoroughly answered.

I may have to bump a few other cookbooks to make room.

Cool! So cool I went over to Thrift Books & found one for $8 & change. Lookin forward to it. Seems to be a quality piece.
BTW. I also saw one new for $99, whew, took my breath away.

Attjack I saw your book for $27.57 new in hardcover on Amazon. They’ve also got used ones from $4.00 and up if anyone’s interested.

I looked it up too and noticed hardcover copies for cheap. But they are about half the size of my copy which is 9" x 12".
