It is amusing what will trigger some folks these days.

They looked at their demographic and who spends money on their publications. They then catered their policy towards them to generate headlines and make more $$. That's not political posturing (that would mean they really think they are saving the planet, or care about congressional majorities, they don't) that's capitalism and probably a smart move for their bottom line. I could care less, I read AR not Epicurious.
