That’s the recipe I use as well but, I can’t remember if it was yours or Steve’s post that turned me onto over a year ago. IMHO, the flavors of the hot cherry peppers make this dish sparkle. I did enjoy the look and texture of the meatballs in mine too but next time I’ll make them a bit smaller than 65 g each.

Love me some chicken scarp. It's on my short list, may have just moved up a notch or two. Most defiantly choose the HOT cherry peppers rather than the sweet. It makes the dish as far as I'm concerned.
