Crash Hot Potatoes

By the PioneerWoman. I did this tonight. I used small reds (2). I added smoked paprika as I always use on potatos. Really easy. Crispy and taste is great.

We just had these potatoes tonight with leftover chicken piccata but they were cut in half. Good to know this if you needed less time.
