Olive and avocado. I was in the olive oil club for a little while a couple years ago, and i finally used it all. I get the California Olive Ranch, and i use Publix brand avocado oil. Peanut for deep frying. And butter. I keep some bacon grease on hand too.
I forgot the other part of the question. I primarily use the olive oil for salads and quick sautéed stuff, and to drizzle over things like pasta. Peanut oil for frying chicken. Avocado oil or butter for everything else. And bacon grease whenever my ankles haven't been swollen for awhile
