So what is one to do fer this auspicious day? How bout a cheeseburger! Yahoo!

Or, one could resort to a PIZZA!

If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.

I just had a Jersey Mike's "Big Kahuna" cheese steak, with lots of extra cheese. Mostly because it was next-door to the UPS Store where I had to drop off a shipment, but also because FireMan inspired me to have a cheesy sub...
