Cheese from Costco?

Can attest the real Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese from Costco is really good. We always have wedge of that in our fridge.
But it is much more expensive near me. I want to say it is upwards of $15/lb. Still at least a few dolllars cheaper per lb than most places but certainly not $10.99/lb as listed in the article.

I agree, I always keep it, but last time I bought (IIRC) it was something like $18/lb. I like their pecorino romano, too, and it is often half the price. They still have good prices, and a very good selection of cheeses in general. I use Dubliner all the time, and pick up extra for the garage fridge when it's on sale (often $4-5/lb less). For the parm, they have a couple of Italian brands that are sometimes on sale and considerably less than the Kirkland!

Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
We don’t have a Costco within 100 miles, but Sam’s also has inexpensive authentic Parm, as long as you don’t mind feeding the Evil Empire. $12.46/lb locally.
Keep in mind, though, Parmigiano-Reggiano is a hand made product and there will be variations. The Sam’s Parm is delicious, and tastes like Parm. But the Parmesan I get from Wegman’s at $17.99/lb is better. Both are excellent, but one is better.
