    Ketogenic chocolate yogurt

    Ingredient list


    1.4 to 1.5 Liter of whole milk
    4 gram Yogourmet Yogurt Starter
    Stevia Select Dark Chocolate Pure Stevia Liquid
    Brown food coloring

    Process
    1. Warm milk to 180F, low temperature saucepan, or microwave.
    2. Allow temperature of milk to fall to 110F
    3. Take 4-5 ounce of milk (milk you just processed) and mix starter into it very well. Keep starter sealed until just be use.
    4. Add the 4-5 ounce of milk back into the larger portion of milk, and mix very well
    5. Add 7 dropper’s of the Stevia select to the milk, and add food coloring as desired.
    6. Process in Yogurt maker, I process a full 24 hours. ( I believe this consumes all the lactose, I get no glucose rise from this yogurt)
    7. Remove from maker when cycle is complete, store in refrigerator

    There are options for stevia select and food colors

      A ziplock bag and an SV unit will work also.
