I just picked up a couple racks of beef back ribs at Costco. I think Matt Pittmen's Party Beef Rib recipe looks good, but have never tried them. His recipe includes instruction to make bourbon brown suger BBQ sauce.
Anyone here make anything like these? Any feedback, recommendations or suggestions?
