    That looks really, really good. Healthy (with tallow for a good touch).

    Leftover brisket in Mac and cheese is really good so it only makes sense that the cousin yo it you can hold would be just as good (if not better)

      I did a pulled pork grilled cheese the other day, I was thinking about it before this post which inspired me to make it...

      - Regular white bread coated with mayo on the outside
      - Slice of American Cheesy Melt cheese
      - Pulled pork
      - Caramelized onions
      - Another slice of cheesy melt
      - Second slice of white bread with mayo

      Probably the best grilled cheese I have ever had. I also dipped it in some of my sweet sauce which took it to a whole different level.

      The only improvement might be adding some bacon to it, what doesn't bacon make better.

        I was thinking about bacon as well, but decided to stay all cow. But doggone, pulled pork grilled cheese… well, that’s a whole ‘nother animal! (And a delicious one, too!)
