I don't have a vinegar sauce recipe. I assume you use this recipe a lot. Can you tell us about the recipe a bit. How long you've been using it, how good it is, how often you use it, etc.
I've been using it for 20 years +/-.
It's a family favorite. I always have a squeeze bottle of it in the fridge. My kids (now adults in their mid 20s) won't eat pulled pork without it.
It's pretty basic. I'm sure there are lots of similar ones, this just happened to be one I tried and everyone liked it, so it stuck. Plus, all of the ingredients are pretty readily available
Close to what I do, cider vinegar, apple cider, red pepper flakes ( filtered out) and a dash of brown sugar. Never thought about onion powder, sounds good. The only way I make pork butts is with this sauce, it compliments it well plus it is different from all the other bbq sauces that we use, nice variety. The family loves it so that's the way it is.
