    Bbq sauce glaze

I came up with a brand new bbq sauce glaze last night
    1cup of ketchup
    2tbsp of worshire sauce
    1tsp of dark balsamic vinegar
    2tbsp of yellow mustard
    1/4 cup of honey
    1tbsp of chilli powder
    1/4 cup of whiskey
    1tbsp of garlic powder
    1tbsp of onion powder
    1/4tsp of cayenne pepper
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2tbsp of lime
    2tbsp of apple cider vinegar
    1tbsp of sweet smoked paprika
    salt and pepper to tast
mix all ingredients well blended then put on stove and simmer for 20 min (do not let it come to a boil or bubble) then put in a blender and add
1-18oz jar of Concord grape jelly
    1-18oz jar of apple jelly
    2-cups of light corn syrup
blend for 2 to 3 minutes then put in jar and in frig

Looks good! Now tell the truth ... did the whiskey actually make it into the sauce? ... and was there only 1/4 cup?
