    Easy Sourdough Sandwich Bread

    Started with this recipe https://www.theclevercarrot.com/2020...andwich-bread/ and altered it as below for two loaves:

    500g Central Milling Company Organic Type 85 Malted Wheat Flour
    500g All Purpose Flour
    100g Sourdough Starter 100% hydration
    12g Coconut Sugar
    12g Cane Sugar
    8tbs Unsalted Butter
    18g Sea Salt

    For the freezer...

      That Is some gorgeous looking bread!


        Wow, great looking loafs, something I'd really like to get into is bread making.
        Only problem is I'd be the size of a small building in a few weeks.
