English Muffins

Per RichieB request. Please see below. The recipe was an insert from the muffin rings I purchased from King Arthur. I halved this recipe as noted by my pencil marks. The salt I used was fine sea salt. The directions are kinda weird. I am going to rewrite and put it into paprika. I did produce 4 English muffins from the halved recipe. But I bet you can go 6 easy! Next time, I will do these on a buttered CI griddle for more color.
