    Inspired by Attjack

So about 37.8% of my cooks are inspired from posts by Attjack. I love Asian cuisine and was really happy that he suggested this thread. The inaugural post was the Bon Appetite recipe for slow roasted gochujang chicken, which I prepared for the kickoff lunch to be eaten during the miserable Jaguar game today. This is now an all-time favorite. Just amazing flavors. BTW, the limes are essential. Attjack smoked his but I used the oven because it was really hot today and I didn't want to be outside while the game was on. Link to the recipe https://www.bonappetit.com/recipe/sl...hujang-chicken

Wow. Looks fantastic. Think I could get the same effect from cooking it in pieces or spatchcocked? I'm horrible at carving a chicken and can have the butcher I go to do it for me.
