Spurred by my chili crisp topic - what's your favorite readily available eggroll?

Preferably something frozen I can throw in the toaster oven on airfry.

I don't like plain old veggie ones, gotta have some meat in there, probably pork flavored. Spring rolls are ok, but I prefer the texture of most eggrolls to that of spring rolls. I guess spring rolls use a different kind of wrapper?

Anyways, I wasn't sure what the last brand I bought was, but I know the box was red, and I thought I got them at Costco - but nothing familiar showing up on their website.

So I did a search of best frozen eggrolls, I'm 99% sure the ones I got were from MINH. I liked 'em. And they turned up high in several lists online, along with Pagoda brand and a few places picked P.F. Chang's. Now, most of my experiences with chain restaurants' stuff being converted to freezer section and then sold in stores hasn't been too exciting, i.e., T.G.I. Friday's appetizers stuff, etc.

So what do you guys think?

And no, I'm not making my own. I don't eat them often enough to put that much effort into it, and my family isn't too into them, either, so for me it's usually a guilty pleasure I toss in the airfryer when everyone else is gone and I'm too lazy to cook anything else. If I'm going to put that kind of effort into cooking (meaning making my own eggrolls), it's not likely to be eggrolls, but some kind of BBQ, stew, chili, oven Cajun crab boil, braised short ribs ala coq' au vin or something. Just not going to put that much effort into making eggrolls, honestly.

So I wanna hear your top picks, and where to get them.

My personal favorite storebought ones are the Pagoda brand, their pork ones. I've tried their others and pork rules. Note, I have not tried fancier ones like PF Chang or others. My wife bought another brand, I can't remember it, and they were vastly inferior to Pagoda.

We do like egg rolls a lot too. I have yet to find any frozen brand that was good enough to make me try and remember it. Some are passable, and most are meh.

If I was serious about upping the egg roll game, I’d head to the local Asian store (we don’t have one) and try a brand they stock.

We are blessed to have a large Hmong population, they are always taking care of this city by having large sales on egg rolls. People buy dozens and freeze them.

gonna add this in since there aren’t many replies yet. But I’ll preface this with, these are gluten free, as that is how my wife and I eat. But…saying that my son said he would have never known. And that may be because it’s a tempura batter, which most do come gluten free.

Feel Good Foods brand - they have chicken egg rolls that we put in the air fryer and they were outstanding. We also have some sweet chili sauce that we use along with the chili crisp. But these were excellent! We found them at Sprouts…haven’t really looked elsewhere for them.
