Baked Bean Salad, it is a thing, I kid you not.
A can of baked beans, mayo, and a splash of cider vinegar
Or you can make it similar to potato salad
But mama says no, I want to convince her to try it,
What is your opinion, have you tried it?

Sounds interesting. My Grandmother used to make a mayo-based kidney bean salad, which obviously lacked some of the baked bean flavor, but it was pretty good.

Depends. I can't stand baked beans with tons of sugar in them. I could see it being good as long as it wasn't too sweet. Mayo and vinegar could cut that down and I would definitely try it.
