    Smokin Brothers Drip Liner

Advertised as reusable. Got two of 'em to try.

The Large seemed to be the best bet. Could be a tad longer but will suffice. Came rolled so I have a brick to flatten it some where the speed bump is located.

I also have 2 strips of steel to divert grease on the edge of the pan onto the mat for a couple reasons: 1) The mat doesn't quite meet the edge, and 2) Even if it did it wouldn't seal. I try not to get all the way on the edge of the pan but I get close at times.

Six racks of ribs and One Brisket will test it out.

I think tomorrow night will be the first round.

So lots of grease made it into the grease pot (4 racks of SLC's) and some grease apparently defied the slope of gravity and crept up under the mat about 8-10". Was an easy wipe off of the pan with paper towel. I'll blast the mat with the power washer. No leakage on the sides past the flat bars.

Brisket and 2 racks of spares will dirty up the other mat tomorrow evening.

What a mess! I'd love to see what you're talking about--I'm assuming it's an enhanced grease catching system for your pellet grill? Or is it supposed to drip onto the mat?

I'd have a heart attack if anything barfed that much grease out onto my deck, which also doubles as our accessible back yard, since we live on the side of a mountain. So I'm guessing it's some sort of grease-catching tray that has disposable liners?

It's a mat to put on the grease/drip pan, instead of foil.

Thanks for the clarification, Jerod Broussard . When I looked at this topic yesterday, the site's photos had been hacked so I couldn't get a visual.

Sounds like just something else to clean. I heart foil where messy cleanups are required. How did you like it?

I'll blast them off with the power washer and see how long they last
