Advertised as reusable. Got two of 'em to try.
The Large seemed to be the best bet. Could be a tad longer but will suffice. Came rolled so I have a brick to flatten it some where the speed bump is located.
I also have 2 strips of steel to divert grease on the edge of the pan onto the mat for a couple reasons: 1) The mat doesn't quite meet the edge, and 2) Even if it did it wouldn't seal. I try not to get all the way on the edge of the pan but I get close at times.
Six racks of ribs and One Brisket will test it out.
