            Nice move...it's even the right color. The pro smoker ran long enough to do a brisket flat (12 hrs) last week. Don't miss WIFI, like you said, a remote read thermometer is enough (as long as you make sure the hopper is full before you go to bed...don't ask me how I know this!

              You deserve that smoker, Jerod Broussard , as hard as you work your smoking gear. I hope it meets all your mega-smoking needs. Selfishly, I'm looking forward to your future posts/cooks on your new toy. Nothing like a little vicarious smoking enjoyment. Well, almost nothing.
