Blaz'n Grills Grid Iron Part 1

So this was a major major plunge for me. I needed both cooking space and something I would not have to babysit. I DO NOT believe in setting and forgetting. If you want to forget that you are cooking something then that is an invitation for "Murphy" to show up and take over your cook.

Heavy Duty is the theme. Very well packed. Delivery was a cinch. Turns out the driver was across the street from my home last week delivering to a small business.

Hope to get it put together and upright tomorrow.

Going to take a little doing to get it to the back patio. I might could pull it through the house but the sharp turn coming into the front door might prevent me from doing that due to the length of the smoker.

Totally digging the heavy duty casters.

I have two briskets and two pork shoulders to cook Saturday night.

With the way I'm going to start trimming and cooking my briskets I should be able to do about 12 briskets at one time with this smoker, the PBC, and the 26 and 22 kettles.

For my own MCS what led you to decide on this specific pellet smoker versus others? Capacity does look really good, better than the same price range Yoder or Rectec...

I'll explain that in part two. But yeah, I wasn't just looking to drop $$$ on anything.

Pro smoker. Extra pellet smoke during the cook. All stainless.

Congrats Jerod! You could use the dolly in photo # 2 to move all the parts around back and then put it together.

Well, the only really heavy part is the part that attaches to the dolly.
