Troutman, I am strongly considering the Maverick to scratch my own MCS itch. Down to this, the Yoder and a Silverbac. The one thing keeping me undecided are your multiple comments about there not being much smoke profile on the product of your bbq. Have you been able to resolve this and are you still a fan?
