    Overnight cooks on GMG

With time changing it's going to be dark more. I prefer to clean my smoker in day light so I can be as detailed as possible. Anyone overnight cook? I have 150 until morning then bump to temp. With winter minus rain any issues with freeze and power plug or etc?

I have a Recteq and cook overnight year round as long as it’s dry. So far no problems. I have an insulated blanket for the cooker which helps a lot with temperature stability during the colder months here in WI.

Overnight cooking is what influenced me for a Traeger, so I bought a Timberline 850. Works great.
It was this youtube video that got me thinking . . .

99% of my cooks are overnight. I use a Thermoworks remote thermometer in case of any hiccups.
