What a great outdoor space you've made there. I knew you'd come up with a good mobile table setup rather than the Kamado with an attached table. I'm looking forward to seeing this summer's cooks!

Andrrr it is so much lighter, yet no compromise, and so much easier to clean.

The cleaning alone is probably worth it. The Weber grate has so many nooks and crannies for gunk to hide and it never seems clean. MCS is flaring up all the sudden! Richard Chrz

Richard Chrz thanks! My son has a 22" kettle, and a Weber Spirit 3 burner, and while he would like a griddle, he doesn't have space for it on his patio. I'll mention the plancha's for the kettle some time, as they are MUCH cheaper than the Weber insert for his gas grill.

I love the way you and your wife have developed that cooking area. It looks great and was clearly well thought-out. I’m glad having a good, useful area has piqued your interest in cooking again.
Welcome back.

Other useful bits...
KitchenAid 7-qt Pro Line stand mixer
A Black & Decker food processor that I can't seem to murder
A couple of immersion blenders, one a "consumer" model & the other a "high end" Italian thing. Yes, the Italian one is a bit better, but only marginally

That is a very nice space/setup. With plenty of room for entertaining as well. Well thought out and nicely done.

Ignore the mess, we’ve had like 6 inches of water and maybe 5 confirmed tornados this past week and just have not gotten out here yet to clean up, take covers off, etc..hopefully by afternoon.
After moving grills and pizza ovens around, we realized we needed a space to truly keep them somewhere easy for me to wheel over and back, and not just moving them out of the way, so we called our concrete guy and boom, we have a storage area for everything now.
My mother in law even at 82 years old made me a custom cover for my stainless table, and now working on one for my pizza cart.

Very nice set up Richard. I love that cover your MIL made. You had better keep plying her with bread, pizza, and plenty of etc.
