Congrats in joining the firm of Do-less & Seemore PLC, they come highly recommended.
in my third year now and wonder what I was thinking not joining earlier.
Only improvement I can see for your pavilion would be two 85in big screens for Saturday afternoons.
Then again every afternoon is about to become a Saturday afternoon....

Congrats on retirement. Retired for 4 months now. As smokin fool stated, now every day is Saturday. I do have to say I like your patio upgrade. It has given me some great ideas for mine.

But the part I truly like the best is that I could be cooking or more so, smoking and protected from the elements with the possible exception of high winds (30-50 mph) or blizzard. Something you don't typically have to deal with. In Reality, we haven't really had a bad winter in years.....not complaining!

Yes the pavilion adds protection to the gear when not in use and protects me when I am cookin...the ceiling fan makes a big difference in the summer. Plan to add a hanging heater for the colder months.
