SNS, Vortex, Rancho Gordo from fzxdoc FruitaWood, Fellers Ranch, Porter Road. Thermoworks. And of course those scoundrels Uncle Bob and Panhead John for the Bronco. As well as all you other enablers. Like CandySueQ for her introduction to the olive oil club. The Hatch Chili Store i think from barelfly So far I have been able to resist the PBC call from HawkerXP. And PBR from bbqLuv

I added a link to them. They are real handy. Panhead John

I have absolutely beat the hell out of them. I have run them over a couple times, lost them more than once, left them outside for years......they will not die. I used them today. LOL. It's like an old penny.

Tongs are discontinued. Too bad. I am looking for some good ones. There are some similar ones available.

I melted my GGs and I never replaced them. I loved using them on the griddle side. I feel like they are best used on a gasser.

BBQ Tongs Carolyn The thing that really makes these nice is that you can operate them with one hand, if need be. You have a pretty serious mechanical advantage, so it is easy to pinch logs, coals etc.

Panhead John it really is built well too. I’m impressed enough that I’m selling my 22 WSM and saving for a second one.

And yes, they look good, which helps.

Hello??!! Pretty much everything I own (cooking wise) is because of this site. Favorites? I’d say the review of the Primo XL got me started. It’s still the cooker I love and use the most and a big part of why I joined the Pit. Thermapens bc of reviews/everone tslking about them. I use that virtually every day. Jerod Broussard got me into ChefSteps and by extension my Sous vide. And SheilaAnn got me to buy my favorite cookbook Sunday Dinners at Luques. I’d never have found that w/o her recommendation. Seriously, this site has really influenced my cooking. I was an enthusiastic duffer prior to the pit. I am definitely way better now.

Last fall, I learned here that Academy had Pit Barrel Cookers, the PBX, on sale for $150. I was very happy with that find.
