Wow! Sorry to hear/see that! I've had more than my fair share of trips to the doctor/urgent care/ER to get stitches. You can consider it being accident prone, or just that you are busy "doing stuff", versus just sitting around.

I will take this cautionary tale as inspiration to go clean up the shelf unit in my backyard shed that has all the BBQ stuff on it!
