I think one problem is folks use email addresses that they don't monitor. They do this so we don't spam them, but the fact is we don't spam! We send out welcome emails, a nice newsletter every now and then, GMG notifications, and renewal notices. These are emails you need to get folks. It's a good idea to check your profile and make sure you used an email address that you monitor.
