SOS - call for help (technically not an abbreviation as the letters do not represent any words)
KISS - Keep it simple Sam - or a great music band.
SPG - Salt Pepper Garlic (learned from the bbq pit boys)
S&G - Simon and Garfunkel rub (big fan of the rub-although i do like their music too)

Hmm.. This may be the place I had a colorful childhood. SOS, my dear mother called BOB: Beef on a Biscuit. SOS is know in some armed services circles as "Naughty Word" on a Shingle.
