Trouble there is most people are going to buy a couple spray cans of high temp paint and spray it on. Not going to look very nice for very long. The guys who do this for a living are usually spraying with professional equipment and using several layers of high temp primer.
If he's going to be at the price point of $3000 to $3500 plus there is still going to be some shipping costs plus assembly and paint yourself he might be a bit over priced. Going to be interesting to see how this develops.
